These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 11ok platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 11ok. Duplicate accounts, accounts held on behalf of another person, and accounts opened using false identity information are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
All 11ok players must be at least 18 years of age. 11ok reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.
Withdrawal requests submitted in compliance with verification requirements are processed promptly. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes. All amounts are settled in BDT with no undisclosed deductions on standard transactions.

Section 1
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern all use of the 11ok online gaming and sports betting platform, including all games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support interactions available through the platform. The Agreement applies to all persons who access or use the 11ok platform, regardless of the device used, the jurisdiction in which they are located, or the method by which they discovered the platform.
11ok operates as an international online gaming platform serving players across Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products. All services are provided subject to the terms set out in this Agreement, together with any additional terms specific to individual products or promotions as published on the 11ok website from time to time.
11ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform. Continued use of the 11ok platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Agreement periodically.
Scope of Services
The 11ok platform currently provides the following categories of service:

The availability of specific products and features may vary from time to time. 11ok does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of any particular game, market, or feature and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform with or without prior notice.
Governing Language
This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All official communications between 11ok and the Player will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed.
Section 2
Account Registration
To access the full range of 11ok services, including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Registration on 11ok is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- You must provide a valid email address and a unique username
- You must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth
- You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited
- You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 11ok account
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party
- Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted
- Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual
- Registering with false identity information is a breach of this Agreement and applicable law
- Employees and contractors of 11ok or affiliated companies are prohibited from holding player accounts
- Accounts opened under self-exclusion periods are considered void and will be closed immediately
Identity Verification (KYC)
11ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage — including before making a withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when requested by the 11ok compliance team. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account) may also be requested.
Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on the account, including the suspension of withdrawal capability. 11ok will not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been verified as belonging to the account holder.
Section 3
Age Restriction & Eligibility
11ok takes its age restriction obligations extremely seriously. Age verification checks are conducted at the point of registration and may be repeated at any time during the account lifecycle. Players who are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will have their accounts suspended until verification is completed.
In any case where 11ok has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending a full age verification review. During this period, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or participate in any gaming activity. If it is subsequently confirmed that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits made during the period of use will be refunded, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.
Eligibility by Jurisdiction
11ok is available to players in Bangladesh and a number of other international markets. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 11ok makes no representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If you access 11ok from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 11ok accepts no liability in connection with any such access.
Regardless of age, the following categories of individual are ineligible to hold a 11ok account: employees, contractors, and consultants of 11ok and its affiliated companies; immediate family members of such employees residing in the same household; and any individual subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that covers the 11ok platform.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
11ok supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method being used and that the funds being deposited are not proceeds of criminal activity.

- Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name are accepted

- Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible

- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted
Transaction Errors and Disputes
In the event of a technical error affecting a deposit or withdrawal transaction, the Player must notify 11ok support immediately via live chat. 11ok will investigate all reported transaction errors and, where an error is confirmed, will take appropriate corrective action. Players must not exploit transaction errors for financial gain; doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Chargebacks — that is, requests made directly to a payment provider to reverse a transaction without first seeking resolution through 11ok — are considered a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any account that initiates a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance may be withheld until the dispute is resolved.
Section 5
Bonus Policy
11ok offers a variety of promotional incentives to its players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion is designed to provide genuine additional value to players and is governed by terms that are written in plain English.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonus offers on 11ok are subject to a wagering requirement — that is, the Player must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus the qualifying deposit) before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each offer's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets and most slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while certain table games and live casino wagers may contribute at a reduced rate.
Bonus Abuse and Exploitation
11ok operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets across multiple accounts to hedge bonus wagering; systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; and using software or automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, 11ok reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account permanently.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled, within the stated time limit will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are encouraged to review the expiry terms of each offer before opting in.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 11ok sportsbook and all wagers placed in the casino are governed by the rules set out in this section, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Sports Betting
Odds offered on the 11ok sportsbook are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are locked at the confirmed rate. 11ok reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time without prior notice, including in response to significant market movements, injury news, or other event-related information.
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a reasonable timeframe, 11ok will settle all affected bets in accordance with its sport-specific rules. For cricket specifically, matches that are shortened due to weather or other interruptions will be settled on the result as determined by the relevant governing body (including DLS method outcomes), provided a result has been officially declared.
Casino and Slots
All casino and slot games on 11ok use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available within the game's information panel. Live casino games operate under the rules of the respective game variant as displayed on screen. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome will be determined and settled once the round is completed, regardless of the Player's connection status.
Void Bets and Cancelled Games
A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before commencement; the market is suspended due to a technical error; or 11ok determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction or manifestly incorrect odds. Void bets are not counted toward wagering requirement fulfilment.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11ok platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
- Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or spot-fixing on any sporting event
- Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial crime
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
- Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or self-exclusion arrangements
- Impersonating another person or providing false identity documentation
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on valid deposits
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 11ok staff
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the 11ok platform or other players' accounts
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting 11ok content without written permission
11ok employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors platform activity on a continuous basis. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity are subject to immediate temporary suspension pending investigation. 11ok reserves the right to withhold funds during an investigation and, where misconduct is confirmed, to permanently close the account and forfeit any outstanding balance.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may initiate the closure of a 11ok player account. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 11ok support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Suspension by 11ok
11ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure by 11ok include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players; and any other circumstances in which 11ok's risk and compliance team determines that account closure is warranted in the interests of the platform or the Player's own wellbeing.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is causing them harm are encouraged to make use of the 11ok self-exclusion facility. A self-exclusion request can be submitted at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the Player will be unable to register a new account. Any real-money balance held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Effect of Closure
Upon closure of a 11ok account — whether voluntary or enforced — the Player's access to the platform will be immediately terminated. Any pending bets that were placed prior to closure will be settled in the normal course; where enforced closure relates to suspected fraud, pending bets may be voided. Closed accounts may not be reopened without the express written consent of 11ok's compliance team.
